Meet Dr. Coreil

Mark Coreil, DDS

Mark N. Coreil, DDS is a Board Certified orthodontist. He has worked with children who have craniofacial problems over the past 25 years. Dr. Coreil is Associate Professor of Clinical Orthodontics at the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry and is actively involved as an orthodontist on the Children’s Hospital of New Orleans Cleft and Craniofacial Team.

Dr. Mark graduated from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 1986 and completed his orthodontic specialty training at LSU in 1988. He completed the Roth/Williams Advanced Clinical Program in 1993.

He lectures both nationally and internationally on a number of topics pertaining to orthodontics. In addition to being an outstanding orthodontist, Dr. Mark is also an outstanding father to his three children, Jeffrey, Justin, and Laura and grandfather to Rye, Reid, Vance and Leo.

Dr. Mark is committed to continuing education by continuous study of scientific literature, continuing education classes, and study-group involvement. He also hosts continuing education classes for the other dentists in the area.

Dr. Mark’s schedule allows him to spend quality time with each patient. We educate our patients using understandable language, and are committed to keeping patients and parents informed about their orthodontic treatment and progress.
